Guy Ronen

Guy Ronen runs operations for Arcana Labs, an AI-native production platform building tools for major entertainment and media partners. He joined as Chief Operating Officer in January 2025 and has driven twenty-times growth in monthly recurring revenue since then. He built the team structure, investor narrative, and operating systems supporting the company’s four-million-dollar seed round, scaling revenue and partnerships.

Before Arcana, Guy spent two years as managing partner at an early-stage venture portfolio, overseeing more than a dozen companies across AI, SaaS, health tech, and deep tech. Portfolio revenue grew close to thirty percent under his leadership. He worked as operator-in-residence for each founding team, installing systems that freed founders to focus on vision instead of daily operations.

Guy has run companies directly as CEO and COO as well. He scaled several AI platforms from launch through growth, and earlier built a private equity operating arm from the ground up — covering governance, investment process, and infrastructure — then deployed technology platforms for clients across a dozen countries. He also directed a quarter-billion-dollar smart city intelligence hub with more than seventy thousand connected sensors, among the more complex urban AI deployments built at this scale.

Over the past decade, Guy has raised more than $120 million and deployed over $250 million in infrastructure and capital across a dozen-plus ventures, leading several exits and M&A transactions along the way. He thinks like an investor, moves like a founder, and executes like an operator — removing complexity instead of managing around it, and building the systems that let visionary leaders spend their time on what only they can do. Guy holds an Executive MBA and a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology.
